Grammy Awards 2019 Winners list: Lady Gaga, Cardi B, Kacey Musgraves win big

Winners of Grammy Awards 2019 The 61st annual event held on Sunday night 10th February, at Staples center in Los Angeles.

Childish Gambino emerged the first rapper to win “Record of the Year”,  he also went home with “Song of the Year” “Best Rap/ Song Performance” and  “Best Music Video” for the song “This is American”.

Cardi B makes history, to become the first woman to win “Best Rap Album”  for her debut  “Invasion of Privacy.”

Kacey Musgraves was the star of the event, as she went home with four awards including “Album of the Year” for “Golden Hour”.

Nigerian Seun Kuti was also nominated for “World Music” category but lost to South Africa’s Soweto Gospel choir.

Ariana Grande won her first Grammy, “Best Pop Vocals for “Sweetener” while Lady Gaga earned three awards.
